Are Wontonne attachments compatible with my forklift? expand_more

Yes. Attachments mount on standard ISO hook-type carriages (ISO 2A, 3A, 4A), fitting Toyota, Hyster, Linde, Heli, Hangcha, Mitsubishi and most other counterbalance forklifts. Send us your truck's carriage class and we will confirm fitment.

Wontonne products carry a warranty of 12 months from shipment or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first — covering defects in material and workmanship.

Yes. We offer OEM and customized designs — special opening ranges, arm configurations, rotation and side-shift functions, and custom forks — engineered by our in-house R&D team.

How quickly can you deliver orders? expand_more

Standard attachments typically ship within 15–30 days, and custom configurations within 30–45 days depending on specifications and order volume. Popular stock models can ship even faster.

Which port do you operate from? What transshipment services do you offer? expand_more

Our primary shipping port is Xiamen. We also provide inland transport to your designated port and offer both FCL and LCL shipment services.

What are your accepted payment terms? expand_more

We accept payments through T/T (telegraphic transfer); in some cases L/C (letter of credit) terms can also be arranged.
